The Company was incorporated in 1999 by a group of about 10 industrial professionals who came from Cambridge Technology Partners, and Lucent Technologies and Wipro and Mr. Ashok Soota led this team. This Company formed a successful business and technology alliances with the big giant companies such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Bluetooth SIG, Oracle, IBM, Intel, SAP, Orange, Sun Microsystems, and many others. The Company's client list also includes names such as Getronics, ABB, Sonoco, Elance, Symantec, while consumer goods major Samsung is among the others. In early 2011, Ashok Soota, the co-founder of the Company and also the executive chairman, quit the Company to start and work on another venture.

The Company also provides various services such as IP Led Services, Semiconductor and hardware engineering, and Software Engineering, and testing. It also offers these services to industries such as Communication Systems, Automotive, Industrial System, Medical Electronics, and many more.

1. 2012:

• Selected by the WASL procurement team as 'Best Supplier in the IT– Software services Category' in December 2012. This award is an endorsement of all the hard work the SAP practice, IG has put in over the years to make various projects a success.
• Selected by Forbes Asia as one of the '200 Best Under A Billion companies' of 2012. From a list of 15,000 companies, the screening was done based on sales growth, and earnings growth, and the return on equity in the past 12 months and over three years.
• 2012 NASSCOM IT user award in 'Social Media Adoption in an Enterprise' category for the intranet application, PeopleHub.
