NiftyTrader.in (platform owned and managed by V2R Ventures) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of all personal information about our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we protect personal information provided through our website http://www.niftytrader.in/, (the “Site”) and how we use that information in connection with our service offered through the Site (the “Service”). “Personal information” for purposes of this Policy means information that identifies you, such as your email address or your mobile phone number.
A. Disclosure, if required by law
If required by Government of India or similar Organizational bodies, niftytrader would be sharing your personal information to the extent being demanded.
B. Your data is secure
We use a combination of encryption techniques and authentication procedures, among others, to maintain the security of your online session and to protect NiftyTrader.in/ accounts and systems from unauthorized access. When you register for the Service, NiftyTrader requires a password from you for your privacy and security. NiftyTrader transmits information such as your Registration Information for NiftyTrader.in/ or Account Credentials securely.
Our databases are protected from general employee access both physically and logically. We encrypt your Service password so that your password cannot be recovered, even by us. All backup drives and tapes also are encrypted.
No employee may put any sensitive content on any insecure machine (i.e., nothing can be taken from the database and put on an insecure laptop).
C. Confidentiality of your Login ID and Password
Your password must be atleast 6 characters in length. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Login ID and Password. You may not provide these credentials to any third party. If you believe that they have been stolen or been made known to others, you must contact us immediately at care@niftytrader.in/ , but in any event you should change your password immediately via the Service.
D. We do not disclose or sell email addresses or mobile numbers
The DoubleClick cookie
- Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to NiftyTrader website.
- Google’s use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
- If you have not opted out of third-party ad serving, the cookies of other third-party vendors or ad networks may also be used to serve ads on your site.
E. Third party Advertising
- We use Google to serve ads on niftytrader.in. Google uses cookies or unique device identifiers, in combination with their own data, to show you ads based on you visiting niftytrader.in and other sites. You can opt out of the use of the Google cookie by visiting the relatedGoogle privacy policy.
F. How do we use your information?

No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We allow you to browse our website and information pertaining to the services available on the website, without being a registered member and without having you to submit to us your personal information. However, we do require you to set up a free account with the website to use certain features in relation to the services, as detailed out on the website, and subject to the Terms and Conditions available on the website. Further, the users willing to avail the services (as detailed out on the website) would be required to subscribe to any of the available plans (as the user may deem fit) and create a user account with the website and submit the following categories of personally identifiable information (hereinafter referred to as “User/Personal Information”) to avail the services.

K. Account Deletion
NiftyTrader users can request for account deletion at any point. In order to get your account deleted, please send an email to care@niftytrader.in from your registered email address and the request will be completed in 2-3 weeks from the date of acknowledgement. Upon deletion requests at NiftyTrader, the user account and all data related to that is deleted on user request.
L. Do we make updates to this policy?
In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
