In 2003, the company launched a `weather insurance' product to cover the weather for farmers. The farmers can currently, take the cover and relax without breaking head over heavy or less rainfall. It also tied up with Way2Wealth, which is an investment consultant to market the company's range of general insurance products. And, it also unveiled unveils Web-enabled travel insurance scheme.

• 2004:
• It unveiled a new cover for medical practitioners.
• It signed a pact with Amadeus for global travel cover.
• It was also in pact with ABN Amro.
• It joined hands with Indiatimes to provide motor vehicle insurance online.
• It tied up with Muthoot Group.
• The Company, in association with the Government of Rajasthan, announced the launch of a comprehensive weather insurance scheme for the farmers growing oranges, and also to compensate them for losses due to deficit rainfall.
• It signed up with Consign Technology's software GoDB Platform for developing mobile and disconnected Point of Sale (or POS).
• It also provided a 'hydrology risk' cover worth INR 10 crore to Malana Power Company against any loss due to fall in power generation.
• It also forged an alliance with WB for a weather Insurance policy.
• It rolled out a new cover for cruise travelers.
• 2005:
• It also joined hands with Maharashtra Govt to insure farmers.
• Also, American Express joined hands with ICICI Lombard, HPCL to roll out the tri-brand credit cards.
• 2007:
• In Mumbai: Small Industries Development Bank of India (or SIDBI) joined hands with the company for giving non-life insurance products to SIDBI-assisted units in both the Small and Medium Enterprise and Micro-finance sectors.
• Also, HMSI tied-up with ICICI Lombard to offer auto insurance.
• ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company or ILGIC & NABARD also came together for designing a liability product that aims for the debt-hit farmers of both Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.
• 2008: Also, Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (or SKDRDP) had joined hands with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited (or ICICI-LGICL) for implementing its premier health hospitalization insurance in 2005 and 2006.
• 2010: The Company declared its bancassurance tie-up with Development Credit Bank for the distribution of its products."
